Due to its technical characteristics, TITAN represents a unique system, designed to meet all types of marking, engraving and traceability needs, for series production or batch processing in coordination with the factory information and logistic systems with a view to Industry 4.0.
The system has a robust electro-welded frame and is available in up to 5 axis configuration, including 3 linear and 2 rotating.
The system has a large working area (1000x 550mm) and an automatic door open on 3 sides with a large certified inspection window.

TITAN is available in the ROTOMAX version with a rotary table with a diameter of up to 1000mm.

All customer materials are processable with TITAN thanks to the integration of the ideal LASER source for each application.

The modularity-oriented design makes the TITAN system the best answer to the needs for flexibility that the dynamism of the modern market imposes. TITAN can be configured, even afterwards, with additional modules, ADD-ON, which allow to optimize production and reduce the cost of operations related to LASER machining. Based on production needs, it is possible to integrate rotary tables, palletized systems, robots or cobots.
The configuration with 3 motorized linear axes with travels (X / Y / Z) of 800x400x600, a rotating axis and 1000 x 550 working area makes TITAN the system with the greatest flexibility of use and load capacity of the category.
The innovative machine management allowed by the brand-new MATRIX software and by the operator panel facing the machine EASYPAD is unique in its kind. The customer's marking needs are completely fulfilled by the interface, so simple and intuitive, that it does not require training. EASYPAD, touch and multifunctional, allows the user to control the machine and the basic functions of the software without having to access the PC.

Matrix – Software Suite

Matrix is an advanced Software Suite developed thanks to thirty years of experience in LASER Marking, Welding and Cutting systems and ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0. It represents the state of the art of work functionality and has the best human-machine interface on the market. This makes the operator training times practically null and makes even the most intense use pleasant. The practical EASYPAD touch on the front of the machine allows the operator to control the primary functions of MATRIX even without accessing the PC, allowing a reduction in working times and making it comfortable to use.

Unique feature on the market that allows to visually center the position of the piece thanks to the "live overlay" display and to be able to carry out the processing as displayed on the screen. 
Integrated management of traceability thanks to the interface with management, ERP, MES or database and reading functions and verification of 1D / 2D texts or codes through the integrated vision system.
3. Add-on Packages
Modularity oriented development allows the customer to configure MATRIX based to your needs. New needs thanks will be easily addressed the packages and features available for after market installation also thanks to the convenient connection tool remote "LIVESERVICE".
4. Smart Factory Ready
The Smart Factory package allows you to have remote control and monitoring of the system, with Reporting and Analytics on the productivity of the machining center and with the management of all the connections necessary for the factory interconnection (IOT, WI-FI. LAN, Profi -NetTM). 

Vision Systems

Advanced Vision Devices (AVD) are a fundamental part of our offer, as they integrate into complex systems designed for the various sectors of application. The use of recognition algorithms, neural networks and artificial intelligence makes the field of use and potential extremely extensive. The native integration of vision functions with MATRIX software programming allows unparalleled flexibility in the management of production processes.
1. Pattern Matching
"PATTERN MATCHING" function for automatic recognition of the position of the piece and consequent automatic alignment of the machining. 
2. Quality Inspection
"QUALITY INSPECTION" function for the recognition of attributes on the piece (color, shape, size, presence or absence of artefacts, surface finish, etc.), with the assignment of a Pass / Fail or a Class of Membership.
3. OCR – Barcode 1D/2D
Reading and verification of texts (OCR) or 1D / 2D codes integrated with the software to fulfill the process traceability needs or to guarantee the quality and the result in case of a marking.
4. Autofocus
The Autofocus function allows the adjustment of the work quota without the need for operator intervention.
