CleanMax MOLDCARE
Laser System for Mold Cleaning and Maintenance
CleanMax MOLDCARE is the compact and intuitive solution dedicated to mold cleaning directly on the production floor, specifically designed to operate safely without damaging the metal substrate or altering its strict geometric tolerances. The laser beam is optimized to selectively attack contaminants typical of the sector, such as plastic residues, organic deposits and molding buildup typical of the food industry, as well as layered deposits of grease, burnt oils and spent lubricants. The system’s effectiveness lies in the thermophysical decoupling of binders, resins and complex industrial release agents. Among these are sacrificial and semi-permanent water- or solvent-based release agents, silicone and fluoropolymer formulations (such as PTFE), and anti-adhesive agents based on zinc stearate or graphite, ensuring complete restoration of the molds with minimal heat input and eliminating the risk of mechanical wear on the mold.
