Laser Beam Optimization
The beam characteristics of CleanMax RUSTER are optimized to maximize productivity and gentleness on the substrate:
- Low minimum cleaning threshold: a reduced energy density is enough to decouple and remove the oxide layer.
- Widened spot for high speed: taking advantage of the low energy threshold required, the system allows setting the widest possible spot, drastically speeding up the cleaning process on large surfaces.

Rust removal
Deep descaling and restoration of heavily oxidized metal parts, sheet metal and structural components.
Mill scale and welding residues
removal of the black patina and fusion residues typical of welding operations or foundry activities (when the metal blackens).
White rust / Alumina
