The experience developed by Evlaser, also thanks to the partnership with the raw material manufacturer RADICI GROUP, in the field of polymers and plastic welding has allowed the development of the WELD PLASTIC product line. The TITAN WELD system is an automatic station that can house both automations and process robots. The wide range of sources and wavelengths available allows you to face even the most difficult challenges in the field of material compatibility. The system is completed with custom pneumatic clamping equipment to work pieces with various dimensional and geometric requirements. TITAN WELD PLASTIC is also available in contour, simultaneous and quasi-simultaneous (with Galvo head) welding version.

TITAN WELD PLASTIC accepts the most complex challenges in automatic welding and in the management of large production batches.

Matrix is an advanced Software Suite developed thanks to thirty years of experience in Laser Marking, Engraving, Welding and Micromachining systems and ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0. It represents the state of the art of work functions and has the best man-machine interface on the market. This makes the training times of the operators practically nil and makes even more intense use pleasant. The practical EASYPAD touch on the front of the machine allows the operator to control the primary functions of MATRIX even without accessing the PC, allowing for a reduction in working times and making it easier to use.

2. Quality Inspection

3. OCR – Barcode 1D/2D

Functionality of reading and verification of texts (OCR) or 1D / 2D codes (barcode, datamatrix, QR code, etc.) integrated with the software to fulfill the traceability needs of the process or to guarantee the quality and the result in the case of a marking.

4. Autofocus
