NEXUS X – AUTOMATIC WITH WAREHOUSE
Conceived for the Laser Marking and Engraving of large lots automatically without an operator, NEXUS manages an integrated pallet warehouse which makes it autonomous for many hours of work. Depending on the configuration, the system can have from 1 to 5 warehouses and a variable number of trays from 22 in the X1 version to 110 in the X5 version. The movement architecture and the components of the optical system make it a highly productive machine, which can drastically reduce production times. The artificial vision system manages the marking or engraving of the pieces directly on the trays, identifying, centering and rotating the machining, eliminating the operator’s templates and positioning times for the pieces.
All customer materials can be processed with NEXUS thanks to the integration of various laser sources (Fiber, MOPA, UV, Green, CO2).

AUTONOMY AND FLEXIBILITY
The possibility of working autonomously without the intervention of the operator is the peculiarity of this system, which is able to process even different batches autonomously for several hours of processing. The possibility of choosing between the X1 version with 22 trays, the X4 with 74 trays or the X5 with 110 loading trays, allows the machine to be adapted to the needs of the individual customer.
MOTION AND VISION
The system involves the use of a 3-axis XYZ system for the processing phase and the tray picking/depositing phase of the automatic warehouse. The vision system includes an intelligent camera with artificial vision algorithms capable of recognizing the objects on the trays to center them during processing and avoid the use of templates and positioning times by the operator.
SOURCES
The system provides for the possibility of housing inside Fiber, MOPA, UV, Green, CO2 sources, capable of working any material with optimal results.
