The EVLASER system specially developed for safe laser cleaning of ceramic anilox printing rollers. The versatility of the system allows you to quickly and accurately clean any type of Anilox, allowing for incomparable print performance compared to other cleaning methods.

The laser power control system and the optics designed for the process allow the roller to be kept intact for a long time, extending the life of the Anilox and leading to long-term savings. The control console allows the operator to interact with the machine in an easy and ergonomic way.

The Mantis system is available in several dimensions depending on the characteristics of the rollers to be cleaned.


The sources that can be integrated in MANTIS are latest generation MOPA lasers with pulse characteristics such as to clean accurately without causing damage to the Anilox.


The long-term savings are due to the lengthening of the life of the Anilox and the absence of consumables related to the cleaning process (with the addition of savings relating to the management and disposal costs of chemical solvents).


MANTIS is available in 3 configurations:

  • MANTIS 1700 (offline bis Anilox 1700mm und 50kg);
  • MANTIS 2300 (offline up to Anilox 2300mm and 500kg);
  • MANTIS PORTABLE (inline).

Matrix is an advanced Software Suite developed thanks to thirty years of experience in Laser Marking, Engraving, Welding and Micromachining systems and ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0. It represents the state of the art of work functions and has the best man-machine interface on the market. This makes the training times of the operators practically nil and makes even more intense use pleasant. The practical EASYPAD touch on the front of the machine allows the operator to control the primary functions of MATRIX even without accessing the PC, allowing for a reduction in working times and making it easier to use.

Functionality of reading and verification of texts (OCR) or 1D / 2D codes (barcode, datamatrix, QR code, etc.) integrated with the software to fulfill the traceability needs of the process or to guarantee the quality and the result in the case of a marking.

4. Autofocus

The Automatic Autofocus function allows the adjustment of the working height without the need for operator intervention.
