QUANTUM represents the most complete and flexible platform dedicated to micromachining.
The system can mount Ultra Fast (USP) Femtosecond or Picosecond (IR, Green, UV) laser sources and up to 5-axis automation and movement sources with nanometric accuracy that allow to obtain excellent high-precision machining without altered thermal zones.
Perfect holes, micrometric patterns, cuts with sharp edges and ultra-steep excavations are just some of the challenges that QUANTUM can face. Available both with galvanometric head and with cutting head depending on the applications.
With up to 500 x 500 mm work area positioned on a solid granite surface and with a sturdy frame welded, it guarantees the ability to make accurate and repeatable processing.
The system can be integrated with automations, robots or can include more sources and LASER heads.
1. OPTICAL CONFIGURATION
The "Ultra Fast" Picosecond and Femtosecond Laser sources allow materials to be processed with high precision and with minimal heating that eliminates collateral deformations. The HR, digital, feedback-driven scanning heads and the 3D scanning heads allow to obtain a great quality of the workings applicable even to the most complex surfaces.
2. THERMAL STABILIZATION SYSTEM
The system can include an internal thermostating device for the optical and mechanical components of the machine, which are fundamental for long-lasting processes. The regulation of the temperature at a constant level allows to avoid the thermal deformations of the components and therefore to have the maximum accuracy of the machining.
3. MOTION SYSTEM
The granite worktop and the advanced axis movement system, guarantee maximum stability suitable for the most challenging processes. The linear motors with feedback allow to reach execution speed and performances that guarantee the maximum productivity.
